We're hiring for a Fabrication and Assembly Position and are seeking someone interested in a long-term career with our company.

Job Duties:

Operate portable hand tools, including small, easy-to-use equipment such as hand drills. Accurately read and use a tape measure for measuring and layout tasks. Cut wood, insulation, and EPS materials to specification. Build and assemble custom wooden skids for various production needs. Provide support to metal fabrication and assembly teams as needed, assisting with production processes and ensuring workflow efficiency. Perform additional duties as needed, including packaging, assembling cardboard boxes, cutting insulation, and preparing hardware kits.

Position Details:

Full-time schedule (40 hours per week, with overtime opportunities as needed) Starting pay of $20.00 per hour Performance-based bonus opportunities Consistent, year-round employment

Work Schedule:
