• Job Description
• This role supports a highly automated food manufacturing facility by assisting machine operators in producing protein bars. Production Associates handle raw materials, support packaging activities, and help keep the production line running smoothly in a dynamic startup environment. This is a direct hire opportunity with comprehensive benefits and the chance to grow with a brand-new plant.
• Responsibilities
• + Load raw ingredients into mixing machines according to production requirements.

+ Load melt materials, including chocolate, into melt machines safely and efficiently. + Wash and clean trays and other reusable production components to maintain cleanliness and readiness for use. + Load materials into wrapper machines to support continuous packaging operations. + Load sprinkles and other toppings or inclusions into designated equipment as specified. + Assist with packing finished products, ensuring correct quantities, quality, and presentation. + Support machine operators by staging materials, clearing work areas, and replenishing supplies as needed. + Work on both processing and packing sides of operations as assigned. + Stand and move on the production floor for the majority of the shift while performing manual tasks. + Follow food production and food processing procedures to maintain product quality and safety. + Adapt to new processes, equipment, and workflow changes as the plant ramps up operations. + Communicate effectively with team members and leadership to help keep production on schedule and address issues promptly. + Follow on-the-job training instructions and standard operating procedures.

• Essential Skills
• + Experience in food production, food processing, or other production environments is desired.

+ Exp in general labor, general production, or production line work. + Ability to perform manual loading tasks, including loading raw ingredients, materials, and packaging components. + Experience with packaging or working on a production line in a manufacturing setting. + Strong communication skills to help coordinate activities and support getting production out the door. + Ability to stand on your feet for the entire shift and perform repetitive tasks safely and efficiently.

• Pay and Benefits
• The pay range for this position is $43680.00
• $43680.00/yr. DP Benes
• $75 Steel Toe/Composite Stipend

• Benes start 1st of month
• 15 PTO days accrued
• 6 Sick days accrued
• 401K after 90 days. 100% match up to 4%.
