Demonstrate John Deere Heavy Equipment at a Growing Company Calling all skilled John Deere Heavy Equipment Demonstrators! McCoy Construction & Forestry is looking for an experienced demonstrator in our Tennessee & Kentucky region to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities- Lead effective PCE demonstrations of John Deere equipment to optimize performance with customers
- Analyze data, prepare, and submit reports.
- Meet and present opportunities to customers
- Discover sales opportunities, monitor competition.
- Participate in industry or promotional events, conduct sales and product training.
- Willingness to travel 70% +

- Salary range of $80,000 to $120,000(depending on qualifications and experience)

- Equipment operating experience required! Prefer 5+ years proven experience as a PCE (Production Class Equipment) operator
- Proven track record of increasing sales and revenue; field sales experience is preferred
- Ability to develop sales strategies and use performance KPIs
- Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with Salesforce is a plus
- Excellent communication, organizational, problem-solving, and leadership abilities
