Production Associate

Production Associate Job Description We are seeking dedicated production associates to join our manufacturing facility. As a production associate, you will be responsible for operating machines, monitoring the manufacturing process, and conducting visual quality inspections. You will also receive cross-training in various departments to support different aspects of glass manufacturing. Responsibilities Operate machinery and equipment in the manufacturing process. Monitor and inspect products for quality assurance. Participate in cross-training across various departments in glass manufacturing. Assist in packaging and assembly line tasks. Essential Skills General production and labor experience. Experience in machine operation and packaging. Ability to use hand tools and a tape measure. High School Diploma or GED. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. At least 1 year of manufacturing experience. Mechanical aptitude. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in an assembly line environment. Work Environment The work environment is an automotive glass manufacturing facility operating within a union environment (UAW). Flexibility with the work schedule is required, as employees may be moved to different shifts. The facility has multiple departments, including Fabrication (8-hour shifts), Float (12-hour shifts), EPBL for windshields, HST for side windows, and TL3 for sunroofs. Currently hiring for the 1st shift, which runs from 6 AM to 2:30 PM, with training provided on this shift. Candidates should be open to working 2nd shift (2 PM

• 10:30 PM) and 3rd shift (10 PM
• 6:30 AM) as needed. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Nashville, TN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.14
