Production Associate

Job Title:

Production Associate Job Description The Production Associate will be responsible for handling ink drums weighing between 40-50 lbs and pouring paint into kits. Following this, they will cap off the kits and label them for shipment. During periods of inactivity, the Production Associate is expected to engage in facility cleaning, scrubbing areas, and performing minor housekeeping duties. Responsibilities Handle ink drums weighing 40-50 lbs and pour paint into kits. Cap off and label kits for shipment. Engage in facility cleaning, scrubbing areas, and minor housekeeping during downtime. Essential Skills Experience in production, general labor, assembly, and general production. Proficiency in packaging and basic math. Ability to read digital scales. Capability to lift 25-50 lbs. Experience in machine operation and hand tool usage. Skill in packing and machine operating. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment. General production or warehouse experience. Why Work Here? Employees who perform well can advance to machine operator positions. Work Environment The work environment is small and clean, with a non-climate controlled facility. The position requires working day shifts from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Nashville, TN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
