As a Production Operator, you'll play a critical part in ensuring smooth operations by managing raw material flow, optimizing production line performance, and assessing the quality of finished products. This role involves working 12-hour rotating shifts, providing you with a unique opportunity to balance work and personal life effectively. What You'll Do Support continuous improvement and safe workplace practices. Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshoot machinery. Ensure accurate completion of production, quality, and data collection reports. Handle materials—loading, unloading, weighing, and transferring as needed. Maintain cleanliness in the work area to ensure safety and prevent contamination. Monitor raw materials and production processes for smooth operation. Assist in training employees in production procedures. Ensure proper setup, operation, and inspection of extrusion systems. Halt production when machinery or product quality does not meet requirements. Promote safety standards, report hazards, and comply with workplace regulations. What We're Looking For A Team Player who values teamwork and collaboration. Dependable with reliable attendance and a strong work ethic. A Problem Solver who is efficient in troubleshooting and solving problems. Adaptable, comfortable with managing change and being flexible. Requirements Forklift certification (can be obtained on the job). Warehouse experience is a plus. High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
