If you share our values, come find your place in our global community. You will be based in our Springfield, TN location. This shift will start at 5am and end 5:30 pm Friday, Saturday and Sunday. This role supports the production line and will follow productions needs. Please be advised that we are unable to offer visa sponsorship for this position at this time. Description You will be responsible for operating and maintaining a hydraulic or mechanical press to shape, form, or cut metal and other materials according to specifications. This role requires attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to quality and safety standards.

Your main tasks:

Required to pass Lock out/Tag out Basic troubleshooting and decision-making skills. Set up and operate press machine according to production specifications and work orders. Works within standard operating procedures and/or scientific methods. Receive verbal and written information. Complete all necessary documentation and communicate accurately and timely. Understand written instructions and be willing and able to communicate those instructions to others.

Minimum Qualifications:

2 years of manufacturing production experience. Active Driver's License Able to bend, stoop, grip, reach and lift up to 40 lbs. on a repetitive basis Able to read and write English. High School Diploma or equivalent required
