We are seeking dedicated and reliable Production Operators to join our team in Springfield, Tennessee. As a Production Operator, you'll play a vital role in supporting machine operations, assembling parts, and maintaining high safety standards. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for steady work, competitive pay, and the possibility of long-term employment. Key Responsibilities:
Operate presses and assist machine operators during production Remove parts from presses, separate parts from scrap, and assemble parts as needed Stack, package, and label finished products according to company guidelines Prepare materials, assemble totes, prepare skids, bags, and boxes for packaging Move skids/totes of parts to storage or the next operation Follow all plant safety guidelines and use appropriate personal protective equipment Report any unsafe conditions or behaviors to leadership Keep work area clean, tidy, and safe at all times Collaborate with team members to maintain productivity and safety standards Perform other duties as assigned by leader or supervisor Qualifications:
Ability to regularly attend and work scheduled shifts Physical ability to lift and move materials as required Proven ability to work as part of a team Comfortable interpreting work orders and following detailed procedures Prior experience in a production or manufacturing environment preferred Strong focus on safety and quality Why Join Us? $19 per hour starting pay Contract-to-hire opportunity; potential for permanent employment Stable schedule: 4-day work week, no weekends!
