You'll be: Supporting fiberglass insulation operations under the guidance of a Shift Supervisor Operating presses, assisting machine operators, and removing parts from presses Separating parts from scrap, assembling and packaging parts, and preparing materials for shipment or storage Following all plant safety guidelines, procedures, and personal protective equipment protocols Interpreting company work orders, job control procedures, and achieving daily production goals with efficiency and accuracy Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area while reporting any unsafe conditions Working as part of a team, helping your coworkers understand safety procedures and workplace expectations This job might be an outstanding fit if you: Are able to work Monday-Thursday, 6:00 am-4:30 pm (four 10-hour shifts) Are comfortable working in a manufacturing or industrial environment and able to lift/move materials as needed Can follow safety procedures and work instructions accurately Are willing to work as part of a team and assist wherever needed to achieve goals Have strong attention to detail and reliable attendance What happens next Once you apply, you'll proceed to next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
