We support other coffee businesses by delivering specialty-grade coffee through private label, white label, and co-roasting services. The Position:

As a Rising Tide Production Assistant, you'll work directly with our small, tight-knit team to support day-to-day roastery operations. We're a co-roasting and private label company, which means we serve many different coffee brands at once — each with their own packaging specs, blends, and production requirements. This role sits right in the middle of all of it and provides lots of exposure to the coffee industry. That means no two days look exactly alike. You'll need to stay organized, switch gears quickly, and keep the details straight across multiple clients and orders — all while helping us deliver consistently great coffee to each one. The ideal candidate works quickly with attention to detail, is organized, solution-oriented, and takes initiative. Core Responsibilities:

Ensure production processes are completed efficiently, accurately, and with attention to detail Label, bag, and ship roasted coffee across multiple client brands — each with their own specs, packaging, and requirements Stay organized and detail-oriented while jumping between tasks and production runs Track roastery inventory and supplies Maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness Deliver coffee and cold brew kegs to local accounts (must have a valid driver's license and clean record) Perform other duties as needed to support the team

Qualifications:

Availability Monday-Thursday, 8:30am-2:30pm (some schedule flexibility considered) Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and be on your feet for long stretches Valid driver's license required for deliveries Production, fulfillment, or warehouse experience preferred Eager to learn about specialty coffee (experience is a plus, but not required) Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Solid communicator — if something's off, speak up Dependable, efficient, and able to work independently Friendly attitude and genuine willingness to be a team player — culture fit matters here

Pay and Perks:
