Job Type:
Full-Time Power Labor is hiring 5 Sheet Metal Journeyman and 5 HVAC Sheet Metal Helpers for active commercial projects in Austin, tx. If you're experienced, dependable, and ready to get to work immediately, we want you on our team. Responsibilities Install complete duct systems (rectangular, spiral, flex, flus, drains) Read and interpret mechanical drawings/blueprints Measure, lay out, and execute jobs accurately with minimal supervision Train and assist helper-level crew members Perform field modifications and ensure project compliance Coordinate with other trades on-site Maintain strict safety standards and jobsite cleanliness Qualifications 5-10+ years commercial HVAC and sheet metal installation experience Proficient with duct systems, hangers, supports, and airflow layouts Ability to work independently from mechanical plans Strong leadership and communication skills Own basic tools and PPE Reliable and punctual work habits Schedule Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Overtime possible based on site needs Apply Today - Start Tomorrow Interview, complete onboarding, and be on the job site as early as the next day.
