00/ hr Role Overview The Night Shift Lead is responsible for overseeing production operations across 3D ing and post-processing workflows. This person will lead the shift team, maintain equipment performance, ensure output quality, and serve as the primary point of contact between the production floor and leadership. The role focuses on real-time problem solving, team support, and continuous process improvement while ensuring smooth handoff to the day shift. Schedule PM Shift
  • 2-week rotating schedule: Week 1: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, every other Wednesday (6:00 PM
  • 6:00 AM) Week 2: Every other Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday (6:00 PM
  • 6:00 AM) Key Responsibilities Lead and coordinate a team supporting ing, washing, drying, finishing, and shipping operations Monitor 3D ing equipment and post-processing stations to ensure uptime and efficiency Troubleshoot issues in real time and escalate when needed to minimize downtime Track and maintain production metrics including output, quality, and shift performance Perform and support quality checks; identify, document, andmunicate defects Assign daily tasks, adjust coverage, and guide team members throughout the shift Train new team members and provide ongoing coaching and feedback Maintain a clean, safe, andanized production floor following 5S standards Document shift activity, open issues, and priorities for clear handoff to day shift Contribute to SOP improvements by identifying gaps and rmending changes Qualifications Prior experience in a production, manufacturing, or warehouse environment Previous lead or team leadership experience required Comfortable operating and troubleshooting production equipment Strong attention to detail and quality standards Ability tomunicate clearly, both verbally and in writing Reliable attendance and ability to perform in a fast-paced environment Ability to stay calm under pressure and support team performance Willingness to work overnight shifts and weekends as scheduled Experience with 3D ing or similar production technology is a plus Temp to Hire, stable role with long-term growth opportunity Hands-on leadership experience in an innovative production environment Structured training and development from day one Collaborative team environment with direct impact on operations
Pay Details:
