Multiple Shifts Available Pay:
$22.50 per hour + sign on bonus We are partnering with a global medical device manufacturer in Austin, TX that produces life-saving cardiovascular products. Due to continued growth, they are hiring for multiple hands-on manufacturing and assembly positions within cleanroom and precision production environments. If you enjoy detail-oriented work and want to be part of a team that makes a real impact on patient lives, this could be a great opportunity for you. What You'll Do Assemble, inspect, polish, and package small medical components Perform visual inspections (including microscope work) to ensure quality standards Operate specialized manufacturing equipment in cleanroom environments Follow GMP procedures and maintain accurate production documentation Support quality and continuous improvement initiatives What We're Looking For Manufacturing, assembly, inspection, or cleanroom experience preferred Strong attention to detail and good hand-eye coordination Comfortable working in a regulated environment (FDA / ISO 13485) Reliable, punctual, and open to overtime and weekend shifts Able to follow written procedures and learn new processes quickly What's Offered Competitive hourly pay $2,500 bonus after 12 months Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match and stock purchase plan Up to 7 weeks PTO On-the-job training and career growth opportunities
