As a Slime Production Specialist , you'll be on the front lines of our slime-making magic. Your main responsibility will be mixing, measuring, and batching ingredients to help create the high-quality slime PeachyBbies is known for. You'll work closely with team leads and other production staff to ensure that every batch meets our quality, consistency, and safety standards. If you enjoy working with your hands, being part of a creative and fast-paced environment, and helping to make products that people love, this is the role for you! Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and mix ingredients according to batch formulas and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Operate mixers, blenders, and other batch production equipment safely and efficiently. Accurately measure, weigh, and document raw materials and ingredients. Monitor slime texture, color, and consistency during the mixing process. Communicate any inconsistencies, issues, or abnormalities to the Production Manager. Maintain clean and organized workstations in compliance with sanitation and safety guidelines. Properly label and transfer completed batches for the next stage in production. Follow all safety procedures when handling chemicals and equipment. Assist with inventory tracking and raw material handling as needed. Participate in daily team meetings, training sessions, and improvement initiatives. Required Skills & Qualifications:
2+ years experience in manufacturing, food production, cosmetics, or chemical mixing preferred—but not required. Comfortable working in a hands-on, physically active environment. Ability to follow detailed instructions and work accurately with measurements and timing. Strong communication and teamwork skills. A positive attitude and willingness to learn new things. Passion for creating products people love! Work Environment/ Physical Requirements Fast-paced environment frequently required to stand, walk, and move around the production area for extended periods (8+ hours). Must be able to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs of raw materials, equipment, or finished products. Regularly required to bend, stoop, and reach to access materials and adjust machinery. This is a full-time position, Monday-Friday 8am - 4:30pm, and may involve weekend or extended hours during peak season or production demand.
