Production Assocaite

As a Production Associate, you play a key role in assembling, testing, and validating the hardware that enables our client's mission. You will work directly on production lines, operate equipment, troubleshoot issues, and help maintain the high standards of quality and efficiency that define our client's manufacturing. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building things, solving problems on the fly, and contributing to a mission with global impact.

Production Associate Responsibilities:

Assemble mechanical, electrical, and electronic components Operate production equipment, tools, and fixtures safely and efficiently Perform inspections, functional tests, and quality checks on finished assemblies Identify and communicate issues related to materials, tooling, or processes Maintain accurate documentation of work performed, test results, and production data Support continuous improvement efforts to increase throughput and reduce defects Collaborate with engineers and technicians to resolve production challenges Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area

3:30 pm to 2 am. Monday -

Friday Pay:

$18 an hour Entry Level
