Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Manufacturing Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting various manufacturing processes, ensuring high-quality production standards, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. This role is essential in contributing to the overall success of our operations. Duties Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment. Follow production schedules and adhere to quality control standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to promote safety. Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and improve processes. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Ability to operate machinery and tools safely and effectively. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality. Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team setting. Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing tasks. Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform repetitive tasks. Schedule Monday-Friday 7am-3pm
