OPERATIONS UTILITY STAFF

We are currently seeking a Utility Staff Team Member to join our growing team. If you're dependable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn about the screen-printing process, this is the perfect opportunity for you! Responsibilities As a Utility Staff Team Member , your key duties will include: Setting up, operating, and maintaining automatic and manual screen-printing presses . Ensuring proper placement, alignment, and quality of prints on garments. Mixing, handling, and applying inks and coatings according to specifications. Loading and unloading apparel for efficient production flow . Maintaining a clean and organized workstation and production floor . Inspecting printed products for quality control and making necessary adjustments. Cleaning and reclaiming screens, squeegees, and other equipment after each job. Following safety procedures and maintaining a safe work environment. Assisting with troubleshooting printing issues and resolving production challenges. Working collaboratively with the production team to meet deadlines and ensure customer satisfaction. Qualifications & Skills The ideal candidate should have: A strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced production environment. High attention to detail, accuracy, and quality control . Ability to follow instructions and standard operating procedures . Basic knowledge of screen-printing techniques, ink mixing, and press operation (preferred, but not required). Strong teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
