About the Opportunity This role supports both

• production operations and material handling
• within a rotational molding environment. You'll be part of a team responsible for keeping production running efficiently, safely, and at a high level of quality. If you like staying busy, working with your hands, and being part of a team that depends on each other, you'll fit well here. What You'll Be Doing
• Assist with operation of rotational molding machines
• Prepare molds, add materials, and support production runs
• Weigh, mix, and stage raw materials (resins, pigments, additives)
• Load, unload, and move materials throughout the facility
• Trim, assemble, and inspect finished products
• Maintain proper material labeling and inventory organization
• Support material changeovers and production setup
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe What We're Looking For
• Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with tools
• Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience is a plus
• Ability to follow instructions and maintain quality standards
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Physical & Work Environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Standing, walking, bending, and reaching throughout the shift
