Job Type:
Full-Time Snelling is now hiring Press Line Helpers for Non-Ferrous Extrusions in Caldwell, TX. This is a hands-on production role in an aluminum extrusion manufacturing environment.
Job Duties:
- Assist with aluminum extrusion production
- Help arrange material before and after cutting
- Load, unload, and move materials as needed
- Remove faulty or out-of-tolerance pieces
- Support the press line, saw, packing, and production teams
- Keep work area clean and organized
- Follow safety rules and wear required PPE
- Work overtime as needed
Requirements:
- Must be reliable and punctual
- Must be able to work 40-60 hours per week
- Must have Monday-Sunday availability
- Must be able to stand for long periods
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Manufacturing, production, or warehouse experience is a plus
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
Pay:
Day Shift:
$13.50/hr
Night Shift:
$14.50/hr
50/hr increase after 90 days based on satisfactory performance
