In person About Us Omega Industrial Repair is a full service industrial repair company with three core divisions: Electronics Repair, a Hydraulic and Pneumatic Lab, and a Full Service Motor Shop. We support our customers by repairing critical equipment and supplying new and surplus parts with fast turnaround and dependable service. Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Electric Motor Rewinder to join our Motor Shop team. This role requires hands on experience with motor disassembly, inspection, winding, and reassembly. This is not an entry level position. Candidates must have prior electric motor winding experience. Key Responsibilities Perform electric motor rewinding, including coil removal and replacement Disassemble, inspect, and reassemble AC and DC electric motors Diagnose motor failures and determine appropriate repair methods Test motors after repair to ensure proper performance Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow safety procedures and company standards Work closely with team members to meet turnaround times and production goals Requirements

MUST HAVE

electric motor winding experience Strong mechanical aptitude and hands on skills Ability to read and interpret technical data and specifications Attention to detail and quality workmanship Ability to work in a fast paced shop environment Dependable and able to work independently What We're Looking For Someone who takes pride in their work, understands the importance of quality repairs, and can stay productive without constant supervision. This role is best suited for someone who has real experience and can step in and contribute immediately.

Pay:

$18.00 - $25.00 per hour
