Shop Hand/Fabricator | Ayudante de Taller / Fabricador

Join our team and enjoy a Monday through Thursday schedule , working 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM — giving you Fridays off and a full three-day weekend every week. We believe in getting the job done efficiently and giving our team time to recharge. We are currently seeking a Shop Hand to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various tasks within the manufacturing facility, including but not limited to helping with metal and wood product assembly, operating machinery, maintaining a clean work area, and supporting overall shop operations. This position offers a great opportunity to learn and grow in a dynamic manufacturing environment. This role involves physical work in a manufacturing setting. Employees must be capable of performing the essential functions of their position, with or without reasonable accommodation, including standing for extended periods, material handling, and lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling objects weighing up to approximately 50 pounds, while following all safety rules and PPE requirements. Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the assembly of metal components to produce finished products. Experienced with power tools. Perform deburring and prep work for welding and part assembly. Operate machinery and equipment under supervision Maintain cleanliness and organization within the shop area Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times Support other team members as needed to ensure efficient production processes

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus Ability to lift and move heavy objects Basic understanding of hand tools and machinery Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions Team player with a positive attitude Please apply through our website or in person.
