Job Description:

Apply powder coat to parts; Mix and prepare painting equipment according to needs; Assist/Calculate paint quantities; Coordination of parts in the correct location for pre-paint and post-paint; Visually inspect painted part for imperfections; Make liquid paint touch ups when necessary; Move parts that need to be sandblasted into sandblast room; Take parts out of sandblast room once completed and move to paint booth; Clean the sandblast booth and ensure grit is being recuperated; Coordinate as necessary to meet sand blast/paint needs; All other duties as assigned; Desired skills: Minimum of 1 year experience with powder coat painting; Knowledge of metal preparation processes for painting; Experience mixing paint quantities; Experience working with powder coating/ liquid paint tooling; Experience applying liquid paint;
