Job Description
Day in the Life Step onto our fast-paced production floor in Conroe, TX 77301, and help keep the build moving. You'll arrive to a plan, stage materials, and make sure equipment is ready to run so the team can hit the day's goals. Set up and assist with operating manufacturing equipment so lines start on time. Prepare and organize tools, components, and materials for the production crew. Keep workstations orderly and hazard-free to maintain safety and efficiency. Inspect parts and assemblies to confirm they meet internal quality standards. Track supplies, restock as needed, and help with inventory counts and records. Coordinate with coworkers to meet production targets and deadlines. Follow established safety procedures and protocols at all times. What You'll Need High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Background in manufacturing or warehouse work is helpful. Comfort lifting heavy items and performing physical tasks throughout the shift. Sharp eye for detail and a quality-first mindset. Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach. Curiosity and adaptability to learn new tools, processes, and technologies. Basic math skills for measurements and inventory tracking.
