Responsibilities Assist with production planning by coordinating schedules and ensuring materials are available for manufacturing processes Manage inventory control and inventory management systems to track raw materials, work-in-progress items, and finished goods Utilize ERP systems such as SAP and Oracle to process orders, update records, and monitor supply chain activities Support demand planning efforts by analyzing forecasting data and adjusting procurement or production schedules accordingly Collaborate with supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and resolve any discrepancies or delays Maintain accurate documentation of production activities, inventory levels, and supply chain transactions Contribute to lean manufacturing initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and supporting continuous improvement efforts in inventory management and production workflows Experience Proven experience in supply chain management, inventory control, or production support within a manufacturing environment Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms used for MRP (Material Requirements Planning) and demand planning Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles to promote efficiency and waste reduction Understanding of manufacturing processes, production planning, and inventory management best practices Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting Excellent communication skills to coordinate across departments and ensure smooth operations Experience working with forecasting tools and demand planning methodologies is highly desirable Join us as a Production Clerk to play a crucial role in maintaining efficient manufacturing operations.
