Pay:

$17/hr

Schedule:

Monday-Friday 6:00am to 4:30pm

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Assemble, package, or process accessory components according to company specifications and production schedules Inspect parts and finished accessories for defects, ensuring compliance with quality standards Maintain accurate records of materials, production counts, and any defects or issues Operate basic machinery, tools, or equipment related to accessory production (as trained) Organize and maintain inventory of accessory parts and supplies Assist with receiving, stocking, and distributing materials within the department Follow all safety procedures and company policies to maintain a safe work environment Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals Report equipment malfunctions, material shortages, or quality concerns promptly

Job Requirements and Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse environments is a plus Basic mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to lift up to [insert weight, e.g., 25-50 lbs] Repetitive hand and arm movements may be required Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Work Environment:
