Mockups Full Job Description About Us:

DFW Flower Wall is a fast-growing event rental and production company specializing in luxury event rentals, flower walls, balloon décor, custom installations, photo experiences, props, and large-scale event activations. No two days look the same here. One day you may be creating mockups for a client presentation, the next you could be installing décor, learning balloon design, or helping bring an event to life onsite. We are looking for someone who is extremely creative, highly flexible, dependable, and excited to learn. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on work, design, and being part of a fast-paced environment where every day is different.

Extremely creative and thinks outside the box Flexible schedule and available on weekends when events require it Comfortable with changing priorities and fast-paced environments Positive attitude and willing to jump in wherever needed Interested in learning event production, rentals, installations, and design Self-starter who can work independently and with a team Looking for a long-term opportunity with room to grow

Responsibilities:

Learn and assist with balloon installations and event décor Help manage event preparation and onsite setups Learn our rental inventory and products inside and out Create basic visual mockups using our products for client presentations Organize, prep, and maintain inventory and warehouse spaces Assist with event load-ins, installations, and breakdowns Support creative brainstorming for event concepts and activations Help with various day-to-day operational tasks

Requirements:

Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or similar design software Ability to create simple mockups and visualize concepts Comfortable learning new software and products quickly Reliable transportation required Ability to lift and move event items as needed Weekend availability required Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus Creative Exercise (Required with Application): We'd love to see your creativity and design thinking. Please submit 2 simple mockups with your application: Mockup #1: Western Chic Backdrop Design an 8ft x 8ft Western Rustic / Western Chic backdrop concept. Think elevated western—not overly themed. You may include structures, signage, florals, balloons, props, textures, or other design elements. Mockup #2: Corporate Lounge Design Create a Corporate Lounge setup including: Sofa Accent chairs Coffee table Additional styling accents You are welcome to use furniture or décor pieces you find online for inspiration. Since you won't know our inventory yet, accents and supplemental pieces do not have to come from our catalog. We are not looking for perfection. We want to see your creativity, visual thinking, and ability to bring ideas together.
