Salary:
$38,000-$50,000 + benefits About the Role We are seeking a professional, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with experience supporting customers in a manufacturing, production, or distribution environment who thrives in a fast-paced setting and values accuracy, communication, and teamwork. As a key member of the Customer Service team, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, dealers, and service providers while coordinating closely with internal departments to ensure a seamless customer experience from order entry through completion. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, technically proficient, and capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional service standards. Key Responsibilities Customer Support & Communication Serve as the primary contact for customers, dealers, and service providers regarding orders, updates, and general inquiries Respond promptly and professionally via phone, email, internal systems, and third-party platforms Provide accurate order status updates, shipment notifications, and issue resolution Build and maintain strong customer relationships through exceptional service and communication Order Management & Data Accuracy Accurately enter, review, and proof customer orders and configurations Maintain up-to-date product styles, specifications, and account information for key customers Ensure all customer records and order details are processed according to company procedures Monitor order accuracy and proactively identify discrepancies or potential issues Systems Coordination & Problem Resolution Troubleshoot system access and usability issues for customers and service providers Generate reports, dispatch updates, and customer-related documentation as needed Assist with invoice review, auditing, and collection support Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, operations, production, logistics, and accounting teams to resolve customer concerns and maintain workflow efficiency Team Support Support additional projects and operational tasks as assigned Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and business demands Contribute positively to a collaborative and team-oriented environment Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience, preferably within a manufacturing, furniture, logistics, or distribution environment Strong Microsoft Excel skills required; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and PDF tools Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy and organization Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment Self-motivated, dependable, and process-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent professional experience will be considered Ability to commute to Dallas, TX 75227 or relocate prior to start date Why Join Us?
