Irving, TX Starting Pay:
$18.00/hour
Schedule:
Night Shift |
Start Time:
7:00 PM | 8-12 hour shifts depending on production demands | Overtime available as needed
Opportunity:
Pay raise and potential permanent hire after 3½ months Responsibilities Assist with the production of post-tension cables and related manufacturing processes. Load, unload, move, and organize materials throughout the facility. Support machine operators with production setup and material preparation. Use hand tools and basic equipment to assist with fabrication and production tasks. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Stack, store, and transport materials while following safety procedures. Assist with inventory organization and material staging as needed. Follow quality standards and production requirements to meet nightly goals. Requirements Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred. Ability to lift, carry, and work with heavy materials and post-tension cables. Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical labor for extended periods. Strong attention to safety and quality procedures. Dependable attendance and punctuality. Manufacturing, warehouse, construction, assembly, or production experience is a plus. Forklift experience is beneficial but not required.
