• Full-time 1000 Productions / 1000 Merch is hiring a full-time Junior Screen Print Associate for our Dallas production shop.

This role is for someone hands-on, dependable, coachable, and serious about growing in apparel and merch production. You do not need to be a master printer, but you do need some screen printing exposure and a real interest in learning production the right way. We produce custom apparel, artist merch, tour merch, clothing brand drops, business apparel, and bulk screen printing projects for brands, businesses, artists, and creative entrepreneurs. School printmaking, personal screen printing projects, clothing brand work, print shop experience, merch production, or hands-on apparel experience are all valuable. What You Will Do

• Assist with screen printing production on T-shirts, hoodies, and other garments.
• Help with screens, setup, registration, and job prep.
• Load, unload, and handle garments during production.
• Check placement, alignment, print quality, and consistency.
• Help monitor curing and catch print issues early.
• Handle inks, squeegees, screens, and shop tools properly.
• Assist with breakdown, cleanup, reclaiming, and production flow.
• Keep the print area clean, organized, and ready for the next job.
• Communicate clearly with the team about job status, mistakes, and production needs. What We Are Looking For
• Some hands-on screen printing exposure required.
• Interest in apparel, merch, streetwear, music merch, clothing brands, or production work.
• Coachable, reliable, and comfortable learning fast.
• Detail-oriented and quality-focused.
• Comfortable standing, moving, lifting boxes of garments, and working in a production shop.
• Able to work full-time on-site in Dallas, TX.
• Willing to learn setup, registration, pressure, placement, curing, and print consistency. Preferred But Not Required
• Manual press experience.
• Automatic press exposure.
• Plastisol ink experience.
• Water-based ink experience.
• Screen reclaiming experience.
• Multi-color print experience.
• Printmaking, art, clothing brand, merch, or shop experience.
