1 st shift - 6:00am-3:30pm (every other Friday off) for approx. 6 months with possibility of moving to either 2 nd shift or weekend shift About theOpportunity:
Join a hands-on engineering team where you'll perform precision electro-mechanical assembly, testing, and troubleshooting on advanced electronic systems. In this role, you'll work with detailed technical drawings, small-scale components, and specialized tools to deliver high-quality, reliable products in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment. Ideal candidates bring strong manual dexterity, attention to detail, and a background in complex assembly.What You'll Do:
Perform advanced electro-mechanical assembly, including prep, mechanical builds, harnesses, cables, PCB sub-assemblies, spray application, and inspection within a production environment Execute precision assembly, rework, and testing on complex electronic systems, working with small-scale and near-microscopic components Interpret and follow blueprints, process flow instructions, wiring diagrams, and engineering specifications to ensure accurate builds Perform soldering and component installation to contract specifications using a wide range of tools and equipment Troubleshoot, test, and support prototype and production units to ensure performance, quality, and reliability Work with precision tools, wiring, chemicals, and epoxy while adhering to strict safety and regulatory standards Collaborate cross-functionally to meet production deadlines, maintain quality standards, and ensure efficient workflowWhy You'll Love Working Here:

Job RequirementsWhat You'll Bring:
High School Diploma or GED Minimum 2 years of experience in electrical-mechanical assembly Minimum 2 years of experience working with small-scale / precision toolsWhat Sets You Apart:
