Pay:

$18.00/HR Looking for dependable, hard-working individuals to support daily manufacturing operations on the production floor. This role plays a key part in ensuring products are assembled, processed, and packaged safely while meeting quality standards.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Support production and assembly operations
• Load and unload materials, components, and finished products
• Assist with machine operation and basic production tasks
• Monitor production flow and report issues to supervisors
• Inspect products for defects and quality concerns
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
• Follow all safety rules, work instructions, and company policies
• Help meet daily production and performance goals

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Manufacturing or industrial work experience a plus
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
• Physically able to stand for long periods and lift up to 75 lbs
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Reliable attendance and willingness to work overtime as needed
