What You'll Do As a Fresh Food Production Specialist, you'll help prepare and package fresh food products that are distributed daily through our smart vending and micro market locations. Daily Responsibilities Prepare fresh meals, snacks, sandwiches, salads, and grab-and-go items using standardized recipes Maintain consistent food quality, portioning, and presentation standards Ensure all food is safely prepared, labeled, stored, and handled according to company and health department guidelines Keep kitchen stations, equipment, storage areas, and prep spaces clean and organized Assist with inventory tracking, ingredient rotation, and supply restocking Support menu innovation and seasonal product development with the kitchen team Follow sanitation, hygiene, and temperature-control procedures at all times Work collaboratively with teammates to maintain efficient production flow Assist with additional kitchen and food production tasks as needed What We're Looking For Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in food service, meal prep, restaurant kitchens, or commercial food production Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation practices Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-moving environment Strong attention to detail and consistency Positive attitude with a team-first mindset Reliable, punctual, and motivated to learn Ability to stand for extended periods and safely lift kitchen supplies when needed Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays when required Must be based in or near El Paso, Texas Why Join Next Level Refresh?
