Job Overview We are seeking dedicated and skilled Production Workers to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced manufacturing facility. The ideal candidates will possess mechanical knowledge and experience with various tools and equipment. This role is essential for assembling and fabricating products efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards. Responsibilities Operate and maintain production equipment, including power tools and hand tools, to assemble and fabricate products. Work on the assembly line to ensure timely production of goods while adhering to safety protocols. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and maintain a smooth workflow within the factory environment. Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet specifications. Assist in the movement of materials within the warehouse using forklifts as needed. Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Qualifications Proven mechanical knowledge with experience in a manufacturing or factory setting preferred. Familiarity with assembly processes, including the use of power tools and hand tools. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while demonstrating strong communication skills. Experience operating forklifts is a plus but not required; training may be provided.
