We are seeking a motivated Full-Time Factory Assistant in our Flexographic Print Department. We are a small but growing, well established, commercial flexible packaging manufacturer, looking for help in our large format, high speed (flexographic) print department. This is a unique developmental role designed to provide hands-on training and a clear pathway for future advancement within the company.
Schedule:
May vary, typically 45 hours per week M-F 7am-430 pm with occasional Saturdays. Time and a half for hours over 40 hours per week
Key Responsibilities:
Provide essential production support by assisting press operators with machine setup, startup, and material loading. Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety through routine cleaning of the printing press and ink systems. Monitor production flow and learn technical troubleshooting skills.
What We Are Looking For:
Positive Attitude, Reliable and strong work ethic Physical ability to lift up to 75 pounds and perform manual tasks in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail with good eyesight with ability to distinguish colors and fine details. Strong mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn technical skills. Prior manufacturing or machine operation experience is preferred but not required. Spanish/English Bilingual helpful, but not required Apply today to start your journey in flexographic printing!
