Full Job Description Job Purpose:

The Production Associate role is designed for individuals with experience in window production or other manufacturing environments. The ideal candidate will possess the right attitude and physical skills to contribute effectively to the production process.

Key Responsibilities:

Fabricate and process raw materials for the production of windows, ensuring quality and efficiency in all tasks. Install hardware accurately and efficiently, adhering to company standards and specifications. Collaborate with team members to maintain a fast-paced and rapidly changing work environment. Demonstrate a passion for problem-solving, inquiry, and continuous learning to improve production processes. Uphold safety standards and practices within the manufacturing facility.

Required Education:

High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Required Experience:

Experience working in a manufacturing organization, with preference given to window production. Previous experience in fabricating and processing raw materials is advantageous. Familiarity with installing hardware is beneficial.
