The Production Associate supports manufacturing and production operations by assisting in the cutting, assembly, and handling of materials. This role plays a key part in ensuring products are produced accurately, safely, and efficiently. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically active environment.What you will do:
: Operate production equipment and tools to cut, shape, and prepare materials according to specifications Read and interpret work orders, measurements, and basic drawings to ensure accuracy Measure, cut, and verify materials using tape measures and other tools Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials throughout the production area Maintain accurate documentation related to production and inventory Keep workstations clean, organized, and safe, including end-of-day cleanup Follow all safety policies and procedures, including proper use of PPE Support team members to meet daily production goals Perform additional duties as needed What you will bring:: Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic measurements accurately Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Comfort working with hand tools and production equipment Good communication and teamwork skills Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to work independently and in a team environment Experience in manufacturing, production, construction, or a related field Experience operating saws, cutting equipment, or fabrication machinery Familiarity with blueprints or technical drawings Experience operating forklifts or other material handling equipment Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift Ability to lift and move materials (50+ lbs as required) Comfortability with working in a manufacturing or production environment Comfortability with exposure to machinery, noise, dust, and varying temperatures Ability to work working indoors and outdoors in changing weather conditions if necessary Ability to work early mornings, extended hours, or overtime if necessary What you will earn:: Health Care Benefits 401(k) with employer match Paid Time Off Benefits for union‑represented roles are determined by the applicable collective bargaining agreement and may differ from standard company benefits.
