Requirements:

Production, manufacturing, warehouse, or heat press experience preferred but not required Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to follow written and visual instructions Good hand-eye coordination Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks Ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally Self-motivated with a positive, team-oriented attitude

Job Duties:

Apply emblems, logos, name patches, and garment identifiers using heat press equipment Review work orders and garment specifications for accurate placement Inspect garments before and after application to ensure quality standards are met Maintain production goals while ensuring accuracy and consistency Identify and report defects or application issues Sort and prepare garments for production and shipment Follow all company safety procedures and work instructions Maintain a clean and organized work area Assist with additional production duties as assigned
