• Full-time RoadMax Products Fort Worth, Texas About the Position RoadMax Products is seeking a highly motivated, mechanically inclined individual to join our growing manufacturing team in Fort Worth, Texas.

This is a hands-on production role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. We are looking for someone who takes pride in working hard, learning quickly, and helping the team meet daily production goals. The ideal candidate is dependable, works with urgency, pays attention to detail, and is comfortable working in an environment where productivity and teamwork matter. Previous mechanical experience is required. We will train the right candidate on our paint manufacturing processes. What You'll Be Doing Manufacturing water-based traffic paint batches Operating industrial mixers, pumps, and production equipment Assisting with loading and unloading raw materials Maintaining equipment and performing basic mechanical repairs Supporting warehouse and production operations as needed Keeping work areas clean, organized, and safe Learning new tasks and taking on additional responsibilities as operations grow What We're Looking For Required Mechanically inclined with previous hands-on experience Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly Reliable transportation and dependable attendance. Ideal Candidate Works with a sense of urgency Learns quickly and adapts to changing priorities Can work independently without constant supervision Pays close attention to quality and detail Takes pride in meeting production goals and deadlines Willing to jump in wherever needed to help the team succeed Comfortable working in a physically demanding manufacturing environment Performance Expectations This is not a sit-down position. Successful team members are expected to: Maintain a strong work pace throughout the day Meet production schedules and daily output goals Work efficiently while maintaining quality standards Stay productive during downtime by assisting with maintenance, cleanup, inventory, or other operational needs Contribute to a team culture focused on accountability, safety, and results

Compensation & Benefits Starting Pay:
