Manufacturing Full Job Description Job Duties:
Candidates will assist with loading/unloading metal materials, moving product through the heat treating process, inspecting finished parts, packaging materials, maintaining cleanliness of work areas, and supporting machine operators as needed. This is a fast-paced industrial environment requiring heavy lifting, standing for long periods, and working around high-temperature equipment.

Operate and monitor heat treatment furnaces, including programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and Fanuc automation systems, to ensure optimal processing conditions.
General Labor Duties:
Loading and unloading metal parts/material into baskets, racks, or furnaces Moving materials throughout the facility Assisting machine operators with production processes Sorting, stacking, and packaging finished materials Cleaning parts before or after heat treatment Performing quality checks/visual inspections on finished products Operating basic hand tools and production equipment Maintaining a clean and safe work area Following safety procedures around high-temperature equipment Lifting heavy materials (often 60+ lbs) Working in a hot industrial environment
Requirements:
Manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred Ability to stand for 12-hour shifts Comfortable working in high-heat conditions Steel toe boots required Must be dependable and willing to work rotating weekends Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment.
Pay/Schedule:
$18/hr Rotating 12-hour shifts (work 2-3 days on, 2-3 days off, every other weekend)
