Manufacturing Communications & Culture Specialist Daily Tasks:
What you will do: Develop and execute site communication plans for operational initiatives (quality, safety, productivity, continuous improvement) Translate complex manufacturing/operational updates into simple, actionable messaging for frontline employees Support culture-building initiatives that reinforce desired behaviors and company values Plan and coordinate site events (town halls, recognition programs, CI showcases, engagement activities) Create internal content and storytelling that highlights site successes and performance wins Support change management communication efforts to ensure alignment and consistency Maintain communication channels and materials across multiple platforms
Manufacturing Communications & Culture Specialist Qualifications/Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, Digital Media, or related field 3-6+ years of experience in internal communications, employee engagement, marketing communications, or change management Experience working in a manufacturing, operations, or other frontline/industrial environment (preferred) Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex or technical information Experience developing internal content, campaigns, or storytelling for employees or cross-functional audiences We strongly encourage candidates who have some of the skills to apply.
