In this role, you'll be an essential part of a fast-paced environment, ensuring efficient assembly processes and maintaining safety standards. Your attention to detail will help us deliver excellence in every product we produce. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills while contributing to a collaborative team dedicated to continuous improvement. This postition offers growth opportunity as product demand increases and new product lines are introduced. Responsibilities Assemble Grain Elevator Products product lines according to production specifications. Inspect finished products for quality, consistency, and accuracy prior to packaging. Package completed products for delivery, ensuring proper labeling and protection for shipment. Maintain accurate inventory counts of raw materials, components, and finished goods. Ability to reach, bend, twist, stoop and lift up to 30 lbs. on a regular basis. High degree of hand/finger dexterity required for tile assembly and component handling. Must be safety-conscious and follow all safety rules, procedures, and PPE requirements at all times. Reliable attendance and punctuality, especially during scheduled production runs. Dependable, trustworthy, and able to work independently with minimal supervision Support shipping and fulfillment as needed, including coordinating with the operations team on outbound orders. Experience Previous factory or manufacturing facility experience preferred, with familiarity working on an assembly environment Warehouse experience involving forklift operation is a strong plus; certification is preferred but not required Demonstrated ability to follow detailed instructions and work efficiently in a team setting Basic understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control procedures, and safety standards This role offers a vibrant work environment where your skills directly impact product quality and operational success.
