Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Production Assembly Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling, inspecting, and testing components or finished products in a fast-paced production environment. This role requires a commitment to quality, teamwork, and adherence to safety procedures. Key Responsibilities - Operator I 1.Assemble components or finished products according to established work instructions, blueprints, and specifications. 2.Operate and monitor machines, tools, and equipment to ensure proper assembly and production of products. 3.Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards. 4. Identify and report any defective materials, tools, or processes to the supervisor or quality control team. 5. Maintain accurate production records, including completed work and any issues encountered. 6. Follow safety protocols and company policies to ensure a safe and clean work environment. 7. Collaborate with team members to improve production processes and efficiency. 8. Meet daily production targets and deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards. 9. Keep workstations organized and equipment well-maintained. Additional Responsibilities - Operator II 1. Be capable of all responsibilities of Operator I. 2. Perform testing on products to ensure they meet minimum performance requirements. 3. Maintain certification on multiple skills to ensure flexible production capabilities. Additional Responsibilities - Senior Operator 1.Be capable of all responsibilities of Operator I and Operator II. 2.Be responsible for monitoring and controlling continuous operation of automated manufacturing equipment. 3.Report any issues with automated manufacturing equipment to relevant department and assist in any trouble shooting as necessary. 4. Assist leads and supervisors with data tracking and reporting. Qualifications High school level or equivalent; technical training is a plus. Experience in electronics manufacturing or similar production environments is a plus. Basic understanding of electronic components and assembly processes is a plus. Ability to read and interpret technical documents and work instructions. Good manual dexterity and attention to detail. Willingness to undergo new training and certifications for assigned areas. Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision. Ability to work under pressure, manage time effectively, and meet production deadlines. Physical ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs. for extended periods. Working Conditions Work is primarily performed in a manufacturing production setting. Exposure to moderate noise levels, machinery, and tools Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. for extended periods. Must be able to stand, bend, and move for extended periods. Shift is Monday-Friday from 7:00 am- 3:30pm.
