The best possible candidate for this role is someone who demonstrates these traits by: Monitoring the efficiency of the production line to ensure timely load and shipment. Being a reliable team member with prompt attendance and excellent performance. Communicating with team members and leadership to improve processes. Keeping the worksite clean to avoid hazards from chemicals and fragile products. Strictly adhering to safety guidelines throughout the facility. Performing all processes in accordance with all Standard Operating Procedures, including the operation of mixing, bagging, spray drying, fluid bed drying and powered lift equipment. Qualifications Must Have High School Diploma or GED Ability to lift 50-55 lbs. repeatedly Ability to wear a full-face respirator (in some designated areas) Must past post-offer physical and drug screen as well as continual random drug screening Preferred Ability to work any shift Bonus Experience in feed, grain or supplement processing or manufacturing.
