Position Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Production Associate to support the manufacturing of sublimation printed mats. This role is primarily responsible for operating heat press equipment, handling materials, maintaining production quality, and assisting with daily warehouse production activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate heat press machinery to produce sublimation printed mats Prepare materials and position products accurately for pressing Inspect finished products for quality and alignment Help organize materials, workstations, and finished inventory Support packaging and preparation of completed products for shipment Identify print defects, pressing issues, or material inconsistencies Ensure finished products meet company quality standards before packaging Notify management of equipment issues or maintenance needs Follow safety procedures and operational guidelines Assist with additional warehouse or production tasks as needed

Qualifications:

Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience preferred Experience operating a heat press or printing equipment is a plus Strong attention to detail and consistency Ability to work efficiently in a repetitive production environment Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally Comfortable working in a warehouse production environment Hands-on involvement in pressing, lifting, and moving materials as needed
