Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dedicated Manufacturing Associate to join our dynamic production team. In this role, you will be integral to the daily operations within our manufacturing facility, supporting the assembly and processing of products to meet quality standards and production targets. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in factory environments, mechanical aptitude, and familiarity with manufacturing processes. This position offers an engaging opportunity to contribute to efficient production workflows while developing valuable skills in manufacturing and assembly. Responsibilities Operate and maintain various manufacturing equipment, including power tools and hand tools, ensuring safety and efficiency. Assist with the assembly of components on the production line, adhering to specified procedures and quality standards. Utilize forklift trucks to move raw materials, finished goods, and supplies within the warehouse or factory floor safely. Support inventory management by organizing materials in the warehouse area and tracking stock levels accurately. Conduct routine inspections of machinery and tools, reporting any malfunctions or safety concerns promptly. Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a safe working environment for all team members. Collaborate with team members across departments to meet daily production goals and resolve operational issues efficiently. Skills Proven factory experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment. Mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and forklift equipment proficiently. Familiarity with assembly line processes and manufacturing workflows. Strong understanding of warehouse procedures and inventory management. Ability to read technical diagrams or instructions related to assembly tasks. Excellent attention to detail combined with good communication skills. Physical stamina for standing, lifting, and performing manual tasks throughout shifts.
