In 2024, we celebrated our 25th anniversary, but one thing has always remained the same: We are still gamers, and that is reflected in everything we do.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Designer to join our in-office team. This role is responsible for ensuring color accuracy across products and providing graphic support across multiple projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform precise color proofing on products to ensure accuracy in production Review layouts to prevent errors in spelling, formatting, and technical specifications Collaborate with design and production teams to review color standards Prepare and adjust files for print and production, ensuring proper color profiles and specifications / setting up print files with bleeds/trim marks Provide graphic design support, including edits, layout adjustments, and asset creation as needed Troubleshoot color discrepancies and recommend solutions
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field 2+ years of experience in color proofing, production design, or a similar role Strong understanding of color theory, and print production processes Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; experience with rendering tools is a plus Deep understanding of CMYK vs. RGB, prepress prep, spot colors, and print production workflows Exceptional attention to detail and ability to spot subtle color variations
Preferred Skills:
Experience with 3D rendering software or mockup tools Knowledge of packaging or product-based design workflows Experience working with printers or manufacturing teams Create realistic digital renderings and mockups for product visualization, presentations, and approvals
