Job Description

High-Volume Assembly Cell Lead Location:
Georgetown, TX Department:

Full-Time | Hourly (Non-Exempt) Why this role matters If you thrive where pace meets precision, this role lets you champion safety, quality, and output—right at the heart of the production floor. You'll orchestrate people, materials, and priorities so each shift finishes strong and the next one starts clean. How we work To support continuous manufacturing, we operate 12-hour alternative work schedules (AWS) . Onboarding and training Start with a standard 8-hour shift schedule to learn processes and standard work: 6:00 AM
  • 2:30 PM (Monday
  • Friday) 2:15 PM
  • 10:45 PM (Monday
  • Friday) Post-training Move to a 12-hour shift schedule that may include:
Weekend Day:
6:00 AM
  • 6:00
PM Weekend Night:
6:00 PM
  • 6:00 AM Rotating schedule Most weeks run 3-4 days (36-48 hours) .
Final shift assignment will be confirmed at time of offer. Compensation $25.00 per hour base Shift differentials for evening, night, and weekend schedules Overtime paid in accordance with applicable laws Your mission Guide, support, and coordinate a team of production operators Deliver safe, efficient output that meets quality standards Balance workflow, materials, and priorities to hit plan Track status, remove roadblocks, and escalate when needed Coach and train teammates, including new hires Champion standard work, safety practices, and company policies Keep the area clean, organized, and inspection-ready Perform other duties as assigned What you bring Minimum Background in manufacturing, production, or warehouse operations English fluency for safety and coordination Stamina and focus for a physically active, fast-moving environment Preferred 1-3 years of manufacturing experience Experience as a team lead, trainer, or informal leader Familiar with ERP or production tracking systems Comfort in high-volume or shift-based manufacturing Bilingual (English/Spanish or English/Nepali) is a plus Capabilities Quality-first attention to detail Lead-from-the-front approach that lifts team results Clear communication and steady problem-solving Adaptable and able to prioritize under changing demands On the floor Extended standing and walking in a production environment Typical manufacturing conditions (noise, equipment, materials) PPE required and provided where applicable Grow with us Join a fast-growing advanced manufacturing company Advance into Supervisor roles as we scale Work with a collaborative, team-driven crew
