Job Description

Summary America's leading replacement window company, Window World, is looking for a Production Assistant to join our team. In this position, you'll work alongside our Production department to perform clerical and administrative tasks in order to drive company success. Bring your positive attitude, customer service and communication skills, multitasking ability and attention to detail, and we'll give you the tools you need to succeed. Responsibilities Prioritize, plan, schedule, and manage production activities to meet manufacturing objectives in timely and cost-effective manner Develop production plan and schedule to ensure continuous operations Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing customer concerns and specifications promptly and professionally Support the production department in the scheduling and management of window installations Ensure scheduled installs are being completed in a timely manner and troubleshoot any installation delays Provide recommendations for improvements on various production processes and procedures Oversee clerical tasks including, but not limited to, answering incoming phone calls, making outbound phone calls, keeping an inventory of office supplies, and ordering new materials Qualifications 1+ years experience in office administration or related fields High school diploma, GED, or equivalent Exceeds in conflict resolution, time management, and adaptability Capability to prioritize and multitask in a fast paced work environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail, organizational, and critical thinking skills Ability to work in-person during office hours:
