Our commitment to quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction has positioned us as a leader in the industry. Position Overview We are seeking for a meticulous and detail-orientated Transformer Line Lead to join our team. This role will be vital to our ability to manufacture transformers as we continue to develop ProSource into an innovative industry leader for Transformers. This role supports Production and reports directly to the Vice President of Operations. Key Responsibilities Safely operate, adjust, and troubleshoot production equipment (such as coil winders, and assembly lines) according to blueprints and engineering drawings. Perform routine operator maintenance, calibrate equipment, and report malfunctions to maintain a safe, continuous workflow. Assemble core and coil units, mount components, instrument blocks, and busbars according to engineering drawings. Cut, strip, solder, and braze leads, as well as install tap changers and protective enclosures. Conduct visual inspections and electrical tests (e.g., continuity and insulation) to ensure specifications are met before the unit leaves the production floor. Train new operators on assembly processes, equipment setups, and company workmanship expectations. Enforce strict adherence to OSHA, GMP, and ISO regulations, ensuring all team members wear proper PPE and identify safety hazards. Assign daily tasks to team members, coordinate break schedules, and help the VP of Operations manage overall shift performance. Qualifications High school diploma or GED with relevant technical certification, or equivalent vocational training in electrical manufacturing. Ability to accurately read and decipher complex electrical schematics, engineering blueprints, and wiring diagrams. Must possess strong mechanical aptitude, dexterity for handling small parts, and the ability to lift heavy equipment and stand for long periods. Benefits Competitive salary and benefits package.
