Position Overview 425 Apparel is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Embroidery Operator to join our production team. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in embroidery and industrial sewing who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in producing high-quality work. The Embroidery Operator will be responsible for setting up and operating embroidery machines, ensuring accuracy in design execution, and maintaining consistent quality across all products. This position plays a key role in delivering premium apparel that meets our brand standards. Key Responsibilities Operate commercial embroidery machines (Tajima experience preferred) efficiently and accurately Thread machines and prepare them for production runs Hoop garments correctly to ensure precise design placement Embroider logos, name tapes, collars, and custom designs on various garments Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed Perform quality control checks to ensure all products meet company standards Identify and troubleshoot minor machine or production issues Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Prioritize and manage multiple jobs to meet production deadlines Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and on-time delivery Qualifications Previous experience operating embroidery machines (1+ year preferred) Experience with Tajima machines strongly preferred Industrial sewing experience required Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment Excellent multitasking and time management skills Good communication and teamwork abilities Basic knowledge of embroidery software is a plus Familiarity with uniform or name tape embroidery is a plus Additional Technical Skills & Experience (A Plus, Not Required)
